Meanwhile, West Bengal BJP delegation led by BJP chief Dilip Ghosh met with the officials of MHA at BSF guest house in Kolkata to brief them on the current situation of West Bengal.
Coming out after the meeting BJP chief Dilip Ghosh claimed that the Chief Minister should immediately ensure surety to the people of the state.
“Is this Mamata (care) of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee? She should ensure security to everyone,” claimed Ghosh.
BJP Nandigram MLA Suvendu Adhikari claimed that in West Bengal no one is safe, especially the Hindus.
Meanwhile, after Nabanna, Union Home Ministry now sought details of post-poll violence from West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar.
“The West Bengal state secretariat failed to reply on the current violence situation and a report from the Governor is sought,” claimed sources of West Bengal BJP.
Notably, a day before Prime Minister Narendra Modi sought a report from Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar over telephone regarding the rising post-poll violence.
