Jamf will acquire Wandera, a provider of cloud-based software for zero trust security, to bridge consumer and enterprise needs, in a $400M cash and debt deal  —  Jamf said Wandera’s software will bridge the divide between what consumers want out of their Mac and what enterprises needs to secure its operations.
